This is a question that every girl (and boy) asks herself at least a couple of times in her lifetime. It’s almost as important, if not more, than what to wear to an interview. First impressions are important and we always want to leave a good impression on the other side. Here a couple tips from me on what to wear to a first date:
- Don’t over or underdress. Strike it in the middle with a pair of cool ripped jeans that say “I’m trendy” without calling too much attention.
- Wear a romantic top like the crochet top that I’m wearing in the photos. No cleavage, no open back, no sheer material. You don’t need any of these at your first date, trust me. Be considerate and show your worth with your smartness ?

Save your pumps and platform sandals for clubbing. For the first date, opt for mid-height booties instead because they’re both cute and casual. Keep your outfit simple to make it seem as if you look this chic on a day-to-day basis.
- Don’t forget to accessorize. A simple pack of dainty necklaces and a cuff bracelet should do it. Simple enough and chic.
