Hi guys! It’s finally fall in San Diego and I’m definitely enjoying the chilly weather. Now that Thanksgiving and Black Friday have passed, it’s finally starting to feel like the holiday season.
We took these photos last week while it was still 90 degrees out! But this week is definitely colder. Since I moved to San Diego, I mastered the art of layering so this look is an example. A trendy t-shirt layered with a blazer and topped with a coat if it gets very cold. Possibly a faux fur one since I’m obsessed with them nowadays!
This look is casual but chic, a little bit edgy but put together! The blazer can definitely be worn to the office or a formal occasion, but definitely not the case for the ripped jeans 🙂
I added the street style effect with a cute logo tee and ripped black denim. I paired this look with my good old silver pumps and a black purse that has a silver fringe detail. The blazer is very easy to throw on – it honestly feels like a cardigan! It’s also easy to swap with another piece or layer up when the weather gets chilly!
I can actually see myself wearing this look to a casual Holiday party. I think the red blazer, shoes and the bag definitely adds a touch of glamour to a simple jeans and tee combination. Plus, wearing red is always appropriate for the Holidays, right?
