Bixby Bridge is more than just an admired and picturesque bridge. Reaching over 260 feet high and over 700 feet long, it’s a structural masterpiece, and probably the most photographed object along the coastal route, according to travel writers. It was completed in 1932 and still remains one of the world’s highest single-span bridges. The captivating panoramic views and poetic beauty left me speechless. A trip to Big Sur isn’t complete without driving through this bridge. Hurricane Point and Point Sur are other great photo spots.
My outfit is very casual, an oversized elephant print T-shirt that I stole from my boyfriend(I liked it first!), jean shorts, converse shoes and a cardigan because it was chilly.
I also took my new addiction Darling Magazine on the road with me. It is one of the best magazine/books I’ve read recently in terms of content and artistry/photography. They don’t retouch their photos and their content centers around ‘the art of being a women’. I highly suggest you check it out.
